It's now getting a little bit more than annoying that a) the issue isn't resolved and b) I am now being ignored. I've tried to use the WoWs forum but it won't accept my login stating that my email and PW are incorrect which is not true as it's the ONLY WG account login I have. I have spent quite a bit of money on multiple ships and countless Premium Account time and now the game won't even run. I've sent them a NEW TICKET detailing the SAME problem and no response. They've been very good regarding correspondence up until a day ago, replying within minutes and trying to be polite and helpful. I submitted an update to WG support giving details and WGCheck reports and for the last day I have had NO RESPONSE from them. Nothing WG support advised is solving the issue. I did all the checks, freshly installed drivers, checked firewall and router etc etc. The game STILL crashes my PC which always requires a re-start. I did everything they advised, including re-installing the game TWICE on Steam, and then removing the Steam version, DL'd and installed WoWs directly from Wargaming. I contacted support, submitted a ticket and I've been corresponding with the WoWs support team. No error messages, just black screen requiring a PC re-start.Īs always, it happened while in the Port screen. This began to happen more often during the following days until I just left the game alone as Christmas was coming up and I was busy at work.Īround two weeks ago (beginning of March 2020) I started up the game again and played a little bit for a few days and then the game started crashing my PC again. This only happens when I reach the Port screen after initial game start-up. I have been experiencing a severe problem with WoWs.ĭuring December last year WoWs began crashing my PC black screen with a hard drilling sound.
